Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Great app - excited to grow my reviews using all the functions avaialble.

just installed it about a month ago, easy experience - this app is perfect for getting reviews, for years no one would ever leave one- once we installed this app, they came in one after another. An issue I had on my end was handled quick and efficiently by Ken who is truly an asset to your company- This app is a no brainer, one of the best yet.

Mega hilfreich, allerdings brauchte es etwas Zeit, den richtigen Umgang zu erlernen. Wenn man es aber dann mal gemacht hat, ist es kinderleicht. Kann die App auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Easy to use, looks tasteful, some review apps look tacky.

Ich habe einen Onlineshop, in diesem Onlineshop hab ich logischerweise Apps. Wenn ich ein Problem habe ist es manchmal schwierig jemanden von dieser Firma, den so genannten Support zu erreichen. Nicht so bei Lux. Herr Leogen G. hat mir schnell, unaufdringlich und kompetent in meiner Muttersprache geantwortet. Ich hatte zwei Fragen die mich einfach genervt hab weil ich die Lösung auf der Website nicht gefunden habe. Die hat er nun für mich beantwortet und jetzt ist alles wieder gut. Ich bedanke mich dafür. So far I could not have been more happy, Jodel has been very professional in assisting me with changing the colours on the product review page. I got a very fast and professional response with everything I would ever need, they even did it for me :). Before I used Loox I tried other review apps but none come even close to how good Loox is! Can only recommend

The Best Review APP Ever

I'm happy with Loox! Chester was very quick to solve any problems that I had. Already I'm seeing the results in terms of getting 5 star reviews and referral orders! I'm hoping this is only the start! :)
