Loox wasent able to fix a bug in customer video uploads. I have reached out to support over 3 times and they dident resolve the issue. It is difficult enough to get customer reviews as it is, I do not need my review app fighting me.

Hey, Dan from Loox here. Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback, and for working with us on this. I know we've had some back and forth here, and I want to assure you that we've been actively looking into each case. As we covered in our direct correspondence, these turned out to be separate, unrelated cases: in one, the customer did not complete the review submission. In the other, the customer attempted to upload a video and images simultaneously, which is not supported. We're happy to continue resolving any difficulties.
