The app was completely crushed, we sent many emails to past customers and they all got an error, it also stuck the whole website because their script is down and for hours no one fixed it ,The time it takes them to answer on the chat is horrible!

My $9 plan is no longer available and I can't access my reviews to export them because I've been paying monthly for the last 2 years but they are saying it's a free trial. The new plan is 4X the amount and I would like to use a new review app without being forced into their higher plans that do not work for my small business. After speaking to the rep, none of the info provided work and I still can't access the old reviews

Additionally, Loox offers several different plans for stores at different stages of their Shopify journey, including a $12.99 plan for merchants who are just starting out. Absolute Scam, it never really tell you that you have to pay 40$ every 300 orders you make. i pay over 300$ per month for this app without even knowing it

The app is a complete scam. You choose the monthly scale program with unlimited total orders, but they add a monthly order limit somewhere in between and steal $40 from you for every 300 orders. They're a complete scam. Shopify shouldn't allow such nonsense.

The app looks great though it doesn't have a profanity filter meaning all reviews effectively need to be manually reviewed if you don't want to be caught out.

1) Widgets are super slow to load on your website, leaving a blank space during up to several second before they appear. I contacted customer service, who are nice people. But 15 days later the issue still isn't resolved. They only suggested I speed up my website. BUT my website is already fast and it wouldn't solve the issue anyway because the delay appears after the website is loaded. Disappointed. 2) Also, the UX on the back-end is quite terrible.

In addition, to make sure Loox elements don't affect your loading times, Loox only starts loading after the page is fully loaded. The support is absolutely terrible. We’ve been asking for help for three days now, and every time they say someone will get back to us — but our questions remain unanswered. We specifically asked for support to connect our reviews to Google Shopping. They told us we need all sorts of IDs and product identifiers — which is simply not true, and not every store has those. When we asked them to help set it up for us, they completely went silent. This is genuinely one of the worst apps we’ve ever used. We were considering using this app on another store where we do around €30 million in annual revenue — but after this experience, there’s no chance we will. It’s absolutely outrageous to pay a premium price and get such poor service in return. Avoid this app — there are far better alternatives with proper support.

This review pains me because loox has been such an instrumental part in my companies growth but their is a horrendous referral glitch that has cost my company over 50,000 in free sales this month. Upon further review these were mainly fraudulent. I have begged loox to turn off the referral feature but they said it is not possible. I have two companies both doing well over a million a month and am going to hope that writing negative reviews actually will get some traction. You guys used to rock but need to address this issue as it is costing my company far too much money.
