It took quite awhile to get a response but once they responded, they answered my question and gave me step by step directions to update what I was needing to update.

The built-in camera and open-ear audio are standout features. I love being able to capture point-of-view photos and videos hands-free, whether I’m hiking, cooking, or playing with my kids. The voice command integration with Open AI is responsive and surprisingly intuitive. Music and calls sound clear, even in mildly noisy environments, and I can still hear what’s going on around me.

The app is fine. It can be a little hard to figure out where everything is, but sending a message to customer service is swift (George).

So far I give it a 4 only do to the initial response time from customer service. I requested assistance and got a response right away, but my case was escalated and I didn’t hear back for days. I needed to make a decision and move forward. However, once I was out into contact with Sara F. And Rotem, they were very helpful and timely in their responses. 5 stars for the reviews already coming in and their assistance, but I do think there is room for improvements based on ability to customize without having to go through support. - so that is why 4 stars.
