Switched from Stamped to Loox - support it a lot better and i find it a lot more userfriendly. Looking forward to using it more
I've only just begun but gotten a good handful of reviews in 24 hrs! I like that I was able to semi-manually import my amazon reviews into a csv. file and upload it quickly.
it's a great app so far. Thank you for providing us the opportunity to have this available in our store. I like that we can review the actual review before posting to our site.

I had a setup issue because of my lack of knowledge on how to display my Star Ratings on some product, after contacting support and granting them access to my store, Channelle fixed it in no time. I really appreciate the quick response and resolution from LOOX.
I love loox reviews, There's so much you can do with them. The support is very good and they are always updating it to be better for the business and customer experience.
I can no longer enter the application if I do not subscribe to the superior plan, even if they charge me $14.99 every month !!! it's a forced sale! very disappointing! Do not use this app, you will be the next victim.

Great way to automate things you don't need to worry about. The price for beginners might be a bit steep but overtime you realize it's worth every penny.
This app has helped automate reviews and refferals. Its easy to use and customers respond to their method. It is proven much more effective then everything else we tried in 4 years.
It's great that the review email is automatically sent to the first guest. If you attach a photo, % automatic discount coupons are great. Very good
I used Loox for over a year before being lured away by another reviews app. After 6 months of significantly poor performance, I came back to Loox. Support and Lilach were incredibly helpful in making the switch back; importing reviews and setting up the widgets on my site. Working with Loox has always been a great experience. I wish I had never left!
