Great app and customer support answering fast and competent. Thank you very much for your support when setting up integration with Google Shopping Reviews! *** UPDATE 29.08.2023 I'm using Loox now for about 3 years and it's still great! Today support answered and solved two problems within minutes! For one i've received a code snippet and for the other the support employee directly changed code on my shop theme. And they do not urge to give a rating like other annoying app developers. Just amazing!

Never received such quick help from any 3rd party App on Shopify. This team and app is TOP NOTCH. We are able to highlight all our reviews, it sends an automated email and has helped us garner over 500 + reviews in less than a year.

Super appli qui apporte beaucoup en terme de crédibilité. De plus leur SAV est top de chez top: réactif et très agréable. Lilach et Mara ont répondu à ma question et résolu mon problème en quelques minutes.

I'm very happy I installed this, I was using another service but just wasn't getting reviews at all. I installed this and my buyers are leaving reviews with photos and videos. This one is well worth the cost. Highly recommended!

Super responsive support! I had an issue that I could not resolve. I emailed and it was taken care of within 20 minutes. Far exceeded my expectations.
