Most of the functions are good, but I hope to add a function, merchants can delete and distinguish the virtual comments uploaded by themselves

Amazing app. one of the must to have apps for your online stores. Only the subscription for the growth is high. Thanks a lot for it and hope we can have more services for less subscription fees.

Great product and great functionality. I just wish the fees for the growth plan were a little cheaper for a new business, for say the first 6-12 months. Paying in USD makes the app even more expensive although I realise this is a Shopify requirement not Loox. I just mention it as it makes a growth plan here in Australia over $50 AUD a month for just one app! Every $ needs to be counted for a startup. Sorry for the rant. :-)

나는 쇼피파이 리뷰를 사용하기 위하여 이 앱을 선택하였습니다. 사용환경을 셋팅을 종료하였고 이제는 테스트를 조금 하였습니다 현재까지는 문제 없이 사용하고 있으며 사용하기에 편리합니다 가장 곤란했던 부분은 북마크에 아이콘을 이동시키는 것이었는데 단축키 정보를 제공하여 아주 유용하게 사용하였습니다

I had a problem, and it was solved very quickly by Jodel. The support is good. I have the lowest available plan, but you can hardly do anything besides importing reviews on your website. But overall it does what it needs to do.

From just stores starting out all the way to tens of thousands of orders a month. Besides importing reviews, our Beginner plan includes many more features I was able to see you haven't implemented in your store yet. After some problems with conficuration, I had the pleasure of being contacted by David who solved my problem in a clear and explanatory way (screenshot of the manipulation to be done), he even carried out certain manipulations himself, all in the good mood. Loox's customer service and assistance is top notch (response within 5-15 min). a big thank you to everyone who helped me at loox

I really like that i can import reviews to save me time and effort. It allows me to get the social proof i need.
