Just installed this app a few days ago. Easy to install. Easy to navigate. Especially if you have used other review apps before. Customer support is responsive and very helpful. Yishai was great to work with. Prompt and efficient. Will update the review once we have used it for some time.

Best review app ever. I've tried Klaviyo reviews and Judge.me, and Loox's review widget just looks better. The photos just look bigger on Loox than Klaviyo reviews, which is a big deal for me. Also, the discount incentive you offer customers in exchange for them adding a photo to their review is great for collecting more reviews! Jemuel was super helpful and customer support is always helpful!

Jemuel just helped me resolve a liquid issue in regards to displaying stars on product badges. He had me fixed up in minutes of me contacting support. Courteous, fast and knowledgable!

Loox really is great. I hope they add options to customize the carousel so it can better match my sites theme and continue to develop the referral scheme. Keep up the great work guys!

Loox support is excellent! I brought a question to the attention of the Loox support team and received a response immediately. In particular, Jemuel was superb in dealing with my issue effectively, and he even took the time to explain exactly what the nature of the problem was, so that I was able to forge ahead without further concern. Very impressed indeed!

i like the referrals, and the reviews thing the most, I find it difficult though to use the referrals thing and when should i send it and so on

The app was easy to install and integration was painless. Imported reviews from the old app, no problem.
