Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Updated review: Sooooo after using LOOX for a few months I got sold on Okendo and it was a terrible decision. Getting reviews on the Okendo platform was a nightmare. I think we had 5 reviews over a 90 period while testing Okendo. I switched back to LOOX and we're getting 2-3 reviews per day plus the tool is sooooo easy to use. The CX team can help with adding the rating widgets to pages that need some coding and they reply insanely fast. The price is also right. I LOVE LOOX and would recommend it to any early-stage ecomm founders and teams. STILL LOVE LOOX!

Love this app! Very affordable, collects tons of reviews, and best of all everything is automated once you set it up. I contacted Loox to see if I could add ratings below my product photos. Tamarry at Loox made it happen. The tweak was done very quickly and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Loox to anyone out there looking for a top notch affordable rating system that increases conversions and has a very responsive and knowledgable customer service team.

I use this app to get actual customers photos of their progress with our product with great results.

La aplicación se integró muy bien con nuestro sitio y actualmente está funcionando de maravillas. Al principio tuvimos unos pequeños problemas: básicamente no lográbamos crear las páginas dedicadas de reseñas y referrals. Very happy so far, has most of the feature I'm looking for any has thus far been very easy to set up with great support. Would love to see the reviews carousel available on the beginner plan, but overall i'm very happy so far! The referral add on was the winner for me over over apps

The app is simple in navigation and very comforting in UI. It has all the functions that you would require. But the best is that has amazing and easy to follow instructions on how to import/export reviews. Simple words, step by step. Perfect. Thank you for that.

Great app for automating and displaying customer reviews. Easy to install and use for consistent email review requests. Only two improvements I would appreciate: 1) Optional "click here to leave a review" step in the request email sequence. 2) More control over reminder email timing,
