Started the free trial for my Shopify store, but I definitely feel like I will continue with the current package I chose. It's so rewarding to see the reviews come in & definitely has driven more traffic to my shop!

Certainly helped drive sales for me. Had difficulty in installing and Rain fixed the widget for me in under 12hours - which is amazing as until that point, I was only on a free trial. Worth the money for sure.

Loox is easy to use and the technical support has been outstanding. We would recommend it to anyone wanting a review-sharing app.

I've tried lots of review apps. None worked as well as Loox. Not sure how Loox does it but once we started using them the reviews have poured in. I think it's because they make it easy for the customer to do the review simply by replying to the email they send. All I know is Loox works to get reviews like no other app! Great customer support too!

The app is fairly easy to use and learn. I was having trouble with getting a specific set up on a page with what is available by default in the current app and not only did support provide a great suggestion, they replied to my support request quickly. Great service!

Great and easy integration. Think it has already helped our sales in the 2 days we have had it. It also starts as soon as you start the trial unlike other apps who wait to send emails once you start paying.

I've been using Loox review for a month now and I love the integration it has with my website. Also, it is amazingly easy to navigate and to send review requests to my customers.

Super easy to use!! I switched from Yotpo which was impossible to figure out for someone who’s not the best with computers. Loox is SUPER straightforward and easy to use. Highly recommend!
