Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Love this app! The application is easy to set up. The process is seamless such that my customers were more than happy to provide reviews.

My experience in learning all about what Loox has to offer has been wonderful, thanks to Dor! He was so patient with me and touched on all of the questions I had, as well as the ones that came up along the way. He is a keeper.

This app is just amazing. I switched from another app that did the job, but Loox takes everything to a higher level. Reviews look amazing and customers love to add pictures of their items! My only minor complaint is the surprising inability to set a minimum purchase amount for a fixed rate discount.

Super easy to install, and get started. We were using another platform which costs 12x more. We've been using that platform for about 3 years and only collected two photo reviews. We've been using Loox for about 2 months, and already have at least 10 photo reviews, and customers are faster to review than before.

The customer service is excellent. They allow me to post photo/video reviews at a lower rate than Yotpo, Stamped.io and some other review apps. Plus I look forward to seeing results from their referral program.

Great customer service as usual, crucial app if you want to grow your store. Needed assistance with technical stuff and got help within few hours.
