Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Massive fan of this app, they helped me install the star rating on our product pages too. David helps set this up for me with ease and was very fast and efficient as well. Overall a great app and really easy to use and the customer support is fast. On top of that the app is super fast too. 100% recommend this app and a massive thanks to David again, fast and professional.

This app is really easy to use and the pricing is absolutely fair. We easily collected a ton of reviews and gained extra revenue through the discount codes created by the loox app.

Great so far, we have imported our previous reviews very easily and the display options are really good. Wish it was cheaper!

It's amazing how much better this review app is than any other we tried! We struggled to get reviews on the site even though we got messages, emails, etc thanking us for our excellent products. Friendly App, easy to work with. Customer support is really efficient as well. I'd like to be able to send automated discount coupons for customers who provide reviews without photo, I'd like it to be at the discretion of the shop, instead I need to generate those coupons manually which is more work for me. I'm still rating 5-stars because the app is flexible in the sense that allows you to import reviews from other sites which is a huge plus and, again, is very friendly!.

Very easy to setup. The integration to shopify is also super easy. Love showing all the 5 stars in my site :)

App is excellent. A great addition to the store to show proof from customers that we sell good quality items. The upsell from this app is really good too. Aya provided me with some support and she was excellent in helping me with my request. Very friendly support team in general.
