If anything does not work their customer service is very efficient !!! Unlike an app like debutify where it takes weeks to get some help , LOOX ppl are very efficient and would make you want to purchase their products with confidence you will get a resolution soon!

Loox is a shockingly good app. The customer service and sales team are both wonderful and they take customer feedback seriously, so seriously that most concerns that I had with other apps were already addressed before I even asked about them. Far too many apps on Shopify rest on their laurels, but Loox shows a concerted effort to be the best and continue to improve. I don't think I've ever had an experience this good ever with an app. They do everything right. P.S. Shoutout to Pooja on the sales team for being the G.O.A.T.

I thought, wow, neat. Social proof. I didn't realize how hard Loox would be working in the background to gather that social proof. This is an amazing app. I'm very happy with the results of using it and I'm looking forward to seeing what else it does.

So much better than Yotpo. Speed, user experience, and support! I would highly suggest using them especially if you are looking for a lightweight option that wont bog down your website

Really cool app and great support! I easily transferred all my reviews from the previous app I was using to this one. The only trouble I had was that at first the review did not show on the product page. I reach out to the support team and they quickly fixed my issue and helped me to set up couple things too! To improve the app, it would be cool to be able to see the changes we made such as shapes, fonts and color (for example to the pop ups) in live.
