It's been the most effective way for me to get reviews on my sight. I loved that I could set up a few rules and it automatically sends emails to customers on my behalf. The options for customization are also great!
The support (Chanelle) is very helpfull and very fast. Never seen before by shopify apps and the app is great.
So far really loving LOOX! The UI/UX is great, not to mention their customer service. If they introduced loyalty point to their offering... it'd be even better. Then we could get rid of our other apps. :)

Works great for us. It has been easy to use. Uploading our old reviews was not seamless but all in all good product. We have recommended LOOX to others!
Outstanding app. We had terrific, almost instantaneous support from Laurence and Jemuel, too. We had a different review app before this one, but this one has pulled in many more customer reviews than our previous set-up did.
We just love it! Easy to set up, we can also upload our amazon reviews. We like how clients can upload images!

The app have many functions that can improve my store and use it very easilly, I have some trouble with code of loox and the service support helped me to cope with it quickly.Highly recommend!
I don't mind paying extra for "premium" or "best-in-class" services for my stores and I thought Loox was like that. IT WASN'T! This app is pure greed. I reached my limit (which is ridiculous) and cannot access the app AT ALL without upgrading to a higher tier plan. I can't export my reviews due to this. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GREEDY COMPANY
