My experience has been great. The customer service/tech support is great ! I love how seamlessly it works into my site and I dont have to do anything and voila reviews.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt compelled to write this review and call out Josh the Loox customer service representative I had the pleasure of working with. It took multiple calls to figure out the issue and Josh was so helpful and was invested in getting our ratings/reviews to appear on our Google Shopping page. In the end, it wasn't a Loox issue, and yet Josh continued to follow up to make sure the issue was resolved. GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Thanks again Josh!

So far so good. Fast setup and powerful integration with no need for additional coding. Will be a full 5 stars as soon as Loox is able to collect reviews directly from emails.

Really great App. I have been trying various options out there and this one just looks great on your website, has many customization options and it is user friendly for your customers to upload images. I also like the fact that you can send manually requests to past customers, that you can upload reviews from your previous tools and that you can interface with Google to get it on the rich snippets... Also the review pop shows the product to the customer surfing that same product page... obvious, but my previous tools won't do that. All together a great tool in a consumer world relying on reviews to make a decision

Amazing app, and great customer service. We have been using it for about 9 months. It's pretty intuitive and there's plenty of videos out there to use as a guide to set it up.

good I like it Very good app But I suggest the email function can be customized, the email template is currently too simple, I think the email is very important so that customers can comment naturally

I was on the fence about paying for an app to collect reviews when Shopify has a free one. But OH MAN. This app is SO worth it. The automation that exists with this app, the look of it, the vibe that it has; it's amazing. I'm all about it and will definitely be continuing after my trial.

I love how professional and how seamless it looks on the website. i love the automated emails which are easily customizable. They really thought about the customer and made it easy for them to fill out without abandoning it! I love how automated everything is. will keep using ! :)
