I love Loox! It has helped me get a ton of reviews, and nearly all of them come in with photos, which is critical for my business. I recommend it to anyone looking for a review app!
Hands down the best review app there is. I have tried many others and ended up coming back to use Loox.
Very good APP, powerful function, meet all kinds of needs, personalized display way is also very creative, very recommend this application! I can clearly see the customer feedback, and sum up the experience, improve my website, increase the conversion rate!
This app is awesome! I love that my customers can leave reviews with pictures and receive a discount code. I also enjoy the pop-up reviews on my site.

This app has helped tremendously with reviews and getting UGC. The ability to customize so much in regard to aesthetics is absolutely amazing! If you need an awesome app that can do it all and integrates seamlessly with other aspects of your business, this is it!
Honestly this is an app that you should have on your store it helps aloooot, u can manage all aspects of reviews photos, stars, badges ....
Great app and ever better customer service! We have had some small issue (caused on our end, not the app), and their customer service team responded within 2-3 hours and solved everything for us.
I got so many five star reviews with that app that I had to give back and leave a five star! :) great app!
People want to help your business and reviews go a long way in doing this. Automating the request for reviews is a crucial way to focus on other aspects of your business while reviews keep rolling in. Highly recommend Loox.
Needed a product reviews app and Loox does the job well. But the highlight is definitely the customer service team (shout out Jemuel), incredibly fast turnaround time and more than happy to address any issues with no complaints. I'm sure that even if I do encounter an issue with Loox in the future, the customer service team will be on hand to address anyway :)
Super easy to install, reviews look great on the page. Easy to request reviews. Great support team.
I initially rated this app with 5 stars bc it has so much to offer and I had a great initial impression. However, I’ve since needed assistance with a small change (updating reviews to sort from oldest to newest instead of vice versa), but I have only received generic responses telling me that they have forwarded my concerns to the developer of the app and that they don’t know if it’ll happen and cannot assist any further. This is disappointing since I know it is likely a quick change in the coding for someone with the know-how. I’m afraid this app may have become too big to have the time to help with individual needs or requests. I will update this review again to reflect accurately if I receive a new update or any assistance. Update: The Loox Team proved my previous statement to be incredibly wrong. They went above and beyond to help assist me with the issue I was having and sent many follow-up emails to ensure I was satisfied with the results after their changes. If you're considering getting this app... DO IT! Best app I've added to my store in 4+ years of being in business.
Hey, Dor from the Loox team here :) We recently launched an update to the reviews widget that allows several sorting options (including newest first). This update was included to allow more options for your customers to see all your store's reviews and reflect feedback on your products in the most transparent way. Further sorting options like the one you suggested is something we are still considering for future updates but will take time to develop. Please note that there are many factors to consider when adding features and capabilities to our app and services, and for that reason, we cannot guarantee an ETA as to when, if at all, certain features will be released. This is one of the best apps I have ever purchased in the Shopify App store. It adds tremendous value, is easy to use, and looks great. I am also impressed by the updates they seem to do periodically.
