Loox is a great app so far. Much better than the Shopify native Product Reviews app. And the customer support staff were super helpful and friendly and able to assist me in completely removing the Shopify Product Reviews app when there were code snippets left behind.

This app is amazing! I had another review app before switching to Look and this app is FAR superior with better features overall. Easy interface overall and easy to set-up and make changes.
