Great app, super easy to use and super useful! It would be nice if the boxes on my website showing the reviews were a little smaller and didn't float above other important info on my site.

Loox is the most user-friendly app for importing reviews that I've tried. If I could change one thing, it would be allowing me to change the order of reviews shown.

I just started my journey with Loox. Nevertheless I can say, that their Support Team is excellent. It is very fast, very engaged and customer centric! Concerning the product, I am convinced about its possibilites but I would love to see more options concerning design and customization. I would love to see the following features: - Design options (Color, rounded edged, etc) for the "Write a Review" form - More typograpy (Google Fonts) options and HTML for E-Mails - Automatic and CI color optimized QR Codes for direct review links

I use this app for star ratings. The star ratings weren't showing up on the HP, so I contacted your support and they quickly helped to add the coding. Thank you!

Necessary, but expensive. Use of the starter plan is very limited, until you have a scaled business can be limiting. Although conversion rate after using loox has improved dramatically. From 0 conversions to over 10 in a week after using.

Great product and I love their amazing customer support. I didn't put 5 stars cuz I had some functionalities I wanted to be provided but I didn't find them. But overall I'm satisfied!

I just started using this app. It sends out automatic requests for reviews or allows me to manually request reviews. It also added a review section to every product page. Loox allows for photo customer review even at its most basic level which didn't seem to be an option with the other apps that I considered. It would be great if customers could submit more than one photo. Maybe this is available in upgraded subscription levels? I'm still learning about Loox but so far I'm off to a good start.

Très bonne application qui fait son travail. Mais il y a du texte qu'on peut modifier qu'en passant par le support, dans ce texte, il y a des liens qui nous renvoient au site internet de Loox, et malheureusement impossible de changer de redirection. Le support est bon, à l'écoute et très réactif, je n'ai pas encore essayé la concurrence, mais je recommande l'appli. de manière générale.

This is a great feature to add to your store! We have received so many great reviews and images of happy customers. The only thing we wish they had was a feature for the generated discounts to apply to specific products. We have to go in each time a discount is created and manually apply the specific products.
