Loox review is great! I love how it flows well with my theme as well. We were also able to send emails to retarget customers so that was a plus

I have only just added this app, and so far so good. The reason for 5 star review so early on in the piece is for the customer service. I experienced an issue which i needed technical help with and the team responded within 2 minutes of me sending email. They then fixed the issue i had within 10 minutes. At this stage its 6 star for customer service.

I highly recommend this review app. Although it is a little pricy, it is well worth it with all the integrations it has. Automatically requesting reviews (they have collected over 400 reviews in the last couple weeks), automatic approve reviews greater than 4 stars, no lag in page loading speed, FB review tabs, and the list goes on. They even scheduled a 1:1 call after a couple weeks for a check-in. 10/10 for support and ease of use. I left Ali Express Reviews as this caused multiple site loading time speeds and thousands of dollars in lost revenue. At one point Ali Express Reviews had page loading speeds >15 seconds, now with Loox we have 1-2 seconds for full page loading times. Keep up the great support, amazing products and fast reviews!
