Very easy to use and useful to build trust in your online shop, reactivity of the support team, I recommend the app

I've been using Loox for over four years now in my Shopify store. Yesterday, Monday, I noticed a problem: The "View Product" thumbnail in the review didn't redirect me to the product page. Instead, it took me to my homepage. I contacted support (Omer and his team) and in less than 24 hours they had everything working perfectly. Thanks so very much guys, Danilo Salvo, FFD

I contacted Loox for assistance with my website reviews and they replied immediately and solved the issue for me in minutes that my very expensive 'web dev' team told me 'couldn't be done.' Been using these guys for a while now, and although there are a few functions i'd prefer to be included in the starter package (like reminder emails) it has everything i need. Customer service is also top notch.

Loox consistently & systematically collects stellar reviews for our business. Extremely easy to use and powerful to scale with. Would love to see future development with more layout / design capabilities.

We are using this 2 years now. About 15% of customer leave a review. It helped a lot to boost sales. The app is awesome. We have recently updated our theme and Chester helped us reinstall it in a matter of hours. Really fast support.

Loox was very helpful with quickly getting back to me with setup on my store. I wanted their app transferred from my old theme to my new theme and they accommodated me. I even asked them to go back in multiple times to tweak the size and layout/look and they very quickly did so. Will be using this app for a long time!
