They're support team has been AMAZING. I was using YotPo, but they did not have some features that I felt like I NEEDED, so I needed to find an alternative very quickly. (*the feature was simply sending out manual emails to customers who did not receive an email because it surpassed my monthly order limit. Not only does Loox give that feature at its lowest plan, I also received free review requests as an onboarding perk that did not contribute to my review request limit.) After installing the app, I opted to immediately email Loox's support team instead of going the route of figuring everything out myself since I was on a time crunch and the Loox support team was insane. I can't tell if they have 24-hour service or something, but holy moly they were ON TOP OF IT. I got all of my questions answered very thoroughly and so far we are having a good time!

This app has made it a seamless process for gathering honest reviews from customers. I highly recommend this app!

Great visual review app, fits nice in the theme, fully automatic installation. Thought it was a bit pricey, but proved to be worth every penny! Ow, and their support is awesome! :-)

A really helpful app and powerful tool to collect reviews of our customers. You can automice the process, so you do not have a big effort to ask your customers to give a review. It helps us a lot to give potential customers a feeling of our services and offers.

I was able to start using the app right away, it's pretty easy and straightforward. When I've tried to integrate google merchants I had a minor hiccup that was solved immediately thanks to Josh's support. He even noticed another error in my pages and suggested he'd fix that problem too. As usual a tool is as good as their support is. This app is very good :) No kidding almost 2 out of 3 stores use it.

Love this app. Works well and easy to use. If there are more automation settings that would be better.
