Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

We've been using this app for about a month and have collected loads of reviews already. Love that it allows you to send email request to past customers. The widget displays nicely on our product pages. Great social proof app for Shopify–wish we had this all along!

This app is performing a number of tasks for our shop such as collection and recording of star ratings, display of feedback and generating interest in products. We are very pleased with the app so far but I would have liked more of an uptake in the image reviews. I believe that this is an issue with customer confidence though so I’ll keep working on that one.

It gives my website the social proof that it needs. I love the ability for my customers to add their photos. They love it as well.

Great app, been using it for almost a year on my webshop. Only thing I would like to see is the possibility to change the date format because it doesn't automatically display the right date format (dd-mm-yyyy) for my country.
