Such a great app! I set it up once and it does everything for me! sends the emails to my customers, requests a picture from them, offers the incentive for the picture, follows up with those who didn't provide the review... wow! Also, the customer service is great, they are fast and very knowledgeable.

Easy to install. Great choices on how reviews appear. Perfect integration for our store. We already have several reviews with photos! Also, terrific customer support! This app is more than paying for itself. Love it!

There are lot reasons to use this app... But the biggest and boldest reason is their customer support! Yishai from team loox fought an epic battle with the google merchant center support to get our review feed approved. If you are serious with your store and you want to get real customer feedback you need to install this app. Now.

We use the Advanced plan and couldn't be happier. We also sell on Etsy and are able to import our Etsy reviews onto our Shopify website. This is definitely a game changer for our website!

Loox has been fantastic app- our customers love to submit reviews through it. There's more expensive stuff out there but it's not worth it.

This app has added a TON of credibility to my business and individual product pages, but the coolest thing they added was the combining of ALL product page reviews into an additional single page for customer reviews that I call "Happy Customers" it gives that extra punch of credibility. Also being able to hide undeserved and hurtful reviews gives you total control. Love LOOX!
