After installing Loox, my website's structured data got messed up. Contacted support and in 24 Hours the issue was fixed by. Asked me to give them access to backend and their support team solved the issue like a wizard! For $10 a month and the features it gives - worth the price !

This is a great app I have always used it with both stores and will continue to use it. Right now I only need the free plan but my last store I paid and it was worth it.

Today is my first day using the app. So far so good. I was able to import all of my old reviews from a different app seamlessly. Everything pop-up on my website and looks great. I even added the carousel to the home page. I can't wait to see reviews with personal photos from my clients, which will make the site even more personable. I only have one slight design issue with the color of the font that shows up, but I will look more into this and reach out to the support team if I can't fix it myself. Thanks for creating this awesome app!

The customer service for this app is absolutely fantastic. I have asked the team so many questions and they always reply quickly with a polite and helpful response. I have really enjoyed this app because it works so well without me having to do anything. I love the way it sends review requests automatically, including reminder ones. I feel my store looks a lot more appealing to customers since installing this as my trust rating would have gone up as a result of having reviews. The bonus requests gave this a massive boost as I was able to collect reviews from three months prior to installing this. The discounts for leaving a review are being used, so this is also helping to encourage repeat sales.

This app is awesome in order to obtain social proof. I recommend it 100%. It lets people to attach images to reviews.
