Great app, love the photo review feature. Runs really well. One thing I don't love about it is the widget that can pop up on product pages, I wish it was a little more smooth and didn't disappear for a few seconds from the screen between every new review and when you do click on a review in the widget, I wish there was a way to scroll to the next review, it only pops up one and you can't get to others from there.

So far so good. The customer said it was very easy to leave a review. Now, I just have to figure out how to get the rating under the product title.

good app, easy to use, a bit overpriced and definitely better solutions out there, but if you want to get something fast then this is a good way to start. They keep asking me for a review so I will just do it.

I think its a great app, but forcing you to write a review is not the way to go. Let me finish my setup before writing a review. Just me two sent. Up side:It enable me collect review from my customers

good. has really helped us obtain social proof. I like that the templates can also easily be personalised. Improvements still needed for searching past customers/orders to manually resend the review request with the already edited template, rather than having to start from scratch.

It's Easy to use and set it up. I think exporting the default csv template can be better, exporting it with a sample review of a random product of your store can explain better to a newbie what to do. Nice integration with Debutify theme

Wish there were a few more features with the basic plan, i.e. not having to submit a photo (just text), colour features. Customer service is always amazing! <3

I am very happy with the app so far, although I think more options should be available on the Beginner plan.

Hey, Amit from the Loox team here :) Please note that Shopify manages all charges and billing cycles. And since Shopify creates the charges at the beginning of every billing cycle, the charge was still triggered, even after removing the app. No worries though, I sent you a private email where I explained what happened and already provided you with a refund. Super application. Si seulement on pouvait avoir l'avis sur le site aussi ça permettrait d'avoir une app complète. Mais le support SAV est top!
