Makes collecting product reviews simple.. Can't fault anything with Loox. Is also great seeing customers using the goods in their images.

Best review app I've seen! Kind of pricy but you get what you pay for. Great UI, really easy to use. And IT WORKS! It works so well that in the 3 days since I've installed it, we received 40+ glowing reviews. Highly recommend this app!

I had some compatibility issues with my theme but Mara from customer service fixed all of my issues quickly, that's great

Used to be a great app. Recently with updates and the addition of the Carousels the design and appearance of the app is quite ugly and filled with bugs. Half of the reviews don't even show up. Customer service is pretty quick but it's like pulling teeth to get anywhere. Have been speaking to customer service for an hour and a half with just stupid back and forth.

Simple and powerful. This does everything we were hoping a review plugin would do and more. Would recommend.

Great app, I love it! a bit pricy to upgrade but, all the good things come with a price tag! All in all I'm all happy and satisfied with it.

Love this app..It's quite amazing how easy it to use..Hats off to the creators for taking it all the way, covering every base. It's making us money pretty much straight away.. One feature i'd love to see is a way to block emails with an exception field.. Given Amazon and Ebay's emails are alias and annoying.

I recently signed up for loox. So far, I have been very happy. The customer service is excellent. I had a request to move the reviews widget on the product page. Rain (my customer service operator) completed the task quickly.

I have been using this app probably for 3 years and I am always learning new ways it can help my business - like the post product upsell.

Great app! We love that customers can add pictures to their review. The support was great - they assisted in getting up and running quickly.

Love it I wish some of the features were less expensive tho... The basic service is fine But Man I want the good stuff someday.
