I love this App. It helps me a lot but outreaching to customers on my company’s behalf to secure ratings which is valuable to my website and new potential customers. I am also able to get prompt support from this company when I have a concern. Jemel responded to me immediately and was able to fix my concern expeditiously. He was professional and tried to understand my needs from the very beginning. He executed his plan of support that led to a quick resolution. Thank you! This is a great app to add to your store. I love being able to collect customer product photos with their reviews. Loox customer service is always on point! Their response times are incredibly fast and Rain was great to work with. A simple issue that took me hours trying to figure out, Rain fixed in minutes. Thank you!!

David has been amazing in helping us out to add a little bit of extra code needed to display the title for our Loox carousel on the landing page! Everything was swift and done as expected :)

Cumple con lo prometido. No es la más económica, pero seguramente si es la más completa. Creo que la inversión se recupera con la "Aprobación social" que esta aplicación te ayuda a obtener. La recomiendo.

The app works great, was pretty easy to set up and Channelle helped me out quickly when I needed it.
