App is easy to setup!! I got more reviews the first day than shopify reviews in a year!! Adds tons of social proof! Don't sleep on it...

It's amazing how much better this review app is than any other we tried! We struggled to get reviews on the site even though we got messages, emails, etc thanking us for our excellent products. We connected Loox and BAM! Now we have lots of reviews for nearly all of our products, more coming in daily! Amazing! It's probably due to the follow-up methods it employs. Whatever works man. We couldn't be happier!

Friendly App, easy to work with. Customer support is really efficient as well. I'd like to be able to send automated discount coupons for customers who provide reviews without photo, I'd like it to be at the discretion of the shop, instead I need to generate those coupons manually which is more work for me. I'm still rating 5-stars because the app is flexible in the sense that allows you to import reviews from other sites which is a huge plus and, again, is very friendly!.

The new AI features are really amazing, especially the Review Stories features! So cool!! Also thanks for Ella Y for quick response and assist me for the setup! Our store is now full of products with Review Stories!! The best review Shopify plugin, a must if you need to run your e-commerce business!

App is excellent. A great addition to the store to show proof from customers that we sell good quality items. The upsell from this app is really good too. Aya provided me with some support and she was excellent in helping me with my request. Very friendly support team in general.
