L'application permet d'afficher les avis des clients, mais je rencontre quelques difficultés au niveau de la search console.

So far so good with this app. It has really helped me get some nice reviews for my website. I would recommend - I just wish there was a free version for new websites up until a certain amount of sale and review requests

The photo element is really great. I would appreciate more customisation options with the request emails so our customer experience is more seamless with our brand. Otherwise it Integrates well with Shopify, would recommend.

I like the app, but Ive been having difficulty transferring my reviews from other platforms. Hopefully someone will be able to help me with this issue.

Literally couldnt find anything wrong with the app even if I went looking for it. Only wish that they gave you more email review requests, at least half as much as the orders

Awesome App a little pricey but seems to be worth it. Haven's had any reviews just yet but love the auto send to customers who have purchased.

Great app and great support (especially Chester). Helped me increase my sells, no question about that. Just a thing that would be wonderfull (reason why I don't give 5 stars) : the ability for the client to rate a product directly from the email sent to ask his review.

The app works well and the customer service is very good. I had an issue after changing themes but the rep was very helpful.

Almost a perfect app. Just need to sync review automatically across mirror websites in different markets

I love how easy this was to install and use, but I wish the customers didn't have to submit photo reviews to get their % off code. It'd be great if we had the option to not make that mandatory for customers if we didn't want that option. Thanks!

At Loox we believe that photo reviews turn visitors into sales substantially more than text-only reviews and, from our research, photo reviews can convert up to 91% more than text-only reviews. Because of that, we focus on helping our merchants collect more photos and put an emphasis on the visual aspect of reviews. As a result of this, Loox supports offering a discount in exchange for submitting a photo review only, and not for text-only reviews. With these various efforts, Loox manages to make 25% of reviews submitted include a photo!

i used this app for my store. I'm selling lowest ticket item in india and selling price is lower than loox review. Now loox want me to choose higher plan...But i don't want to upgrade $9 plan is ok for me, i want to stick with that plan.

The software is great so far, but I have to take a star away for no CS hotline or worst of all a chat.
