It's a really good app with lots of features. Thank you very much for your help, Arielle, in resolving a video review upload issue.

I updated my domain name and all reviews disappeared from the page. I reached out to LOOX and expected a response within a few days. I was very surprised that it was very quick. Jodel was very helpful and quick to respond within a very short period of time. He was able to retrieve the lost reviews and make them visible again.

I have gotten more reviews in the last week than I have ever gotten using Judge.Me. I also like being able to clearly display my customers pictures that they upload.
