I like the aesthetic approach to reviews and it's really easy to use. I also like that it sends the review emails for me and I don't have to worry about that at all. Also, the coupon for a photo review option is great.

Amazing app, drives a ton of conversions through the interactions perspective customers have with the photo reviews and helping to drive second and third orders with the discounts given as incentives to post a photo review. We are also using the photo reviews for marketing purposes so all in all tons of value from this app for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend. Great customer service as well. Had trouble getting ratings shown in collections and they got it done in under 24 hours.

I used this app for reviews. If you can afford it I highly recommend it - Its a great app and works well - I especially like that it shows all the reviews under any product...Rather than just the product specific review under that particular product.....I'm a new store and can't afford the $35 monthly but hope to come back to this app someday soon!

I've only been using Loox for a few days but so far I'm loving it! It was super easy and quick to get everything set up (less than 10 minutes). My customers said it's super easy to leave reviews. I love that they can upload a photo to their review if they want. Everything looks great on the site. SUPER fast customer service with a random question I had. Loving it!

After trying several different review apps, I can confidently say Loox was able to provide my store with the best solutions by far. The review request response rate and the % of reviews that include an image are incredibly high. Being both cheaper and way more productive than any other apps I have used before, makes it a no-brainer.
