Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Really good review app. Affordable and able to expand feature wise should you need to with a plan upgrade. But the basic plan is likely all you will need when you are starting out.

Cheap and cheerful - does what it says on the tin. We switched away from Yotpo. Loox was easier to set up, less restrictive and a better price. Nice feature was the incentivised review requests. Our review rate has shot up considerably.

I am starting to set up and I like it a lot. Excited about using photos to personalize the end results.

I have been using this app for a few months now, and initially baulked at the price, being a new biz, but thought I'd give it a few months and see if it was worth it. I can now say that it's worth money I pay per month. It was a seamless install, and it sends out emails 2 weeks after purchase, and I get a good uptake on it. It's reviews that I wouldn't have time to chase (being a one-woman show), and they're invaluable to future customers as they peruse my website, the reviews slide in one after another, reiterating to them that it's a worthy product.

We really enjoy having LOOX on our website. Customer service is amazing and super helpful! We've had this app for over a year now and we love how they are constantly improving the app (by adding more features!). Looking forward to more exciting features from you guys. Keep it up.

I installed this about 2 weeks ago and it completely runs itself after a very brief and easy set up. Now we get a steady influx of reviews that are FANTASTIC and show up in a clever little widget that floats in view as customers browse. Impressed!

Love the intuitive setup + onboarding process and its integrations w/ other apps/functions! A must have for e-commerce!

Great app and great support (especially Chester). Helped me increase my sells, no question about that. Just a thing that would be wonderfull (reason why I don't give 5 stars) : the ability for the client to rate a product directly from the email sent to ask his review.

awesome app. because its so good I still use this one next to another similar app. cant decide. so it means it is the money worth i am paying double.

best app for your reviews I am glad got it. You should try it for your product that are hand made or high cost.
