Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Great app for getting customer reviews! In less than 24 hours I already had 2 customers that reviewed my products.

Really cool app and great support! I easily transferred all my reviews from the previous app I was using to this one. The only trouble I had was that at first the review did not show on the product page. I reach out to the support team and they quickly fixed my issue and helped me to set up couple things too! To improve the app, it would be cool to be able to see the changes we made such as shapes, fonts and color (for example to the pop ups) in live.

Simple to use app & does everything expected. Pricepoint for higher leveled tiers for extra features were a tad expensive but would not flaw the app on it.

I have been enjoying Loox a lot as it makes it very easy to add reviews to products that we sell in our store. I recommend Loox to all who use Shopify.

This app is absolutely amazing! I love how you can send review reminders in exchange for a code and pushes the customer to add a pic! Could not say enough positive things about Loox.

The app has a good look and feel to it. Dor helped me to get everything set up the way I like it. It does appear that the reviews works as it's supposed to. I was with Growave previously and while their app also looked good, I found that the review emails didn't always send out and wasn't as effective in actually getting reviews. I was troubleshooting a lot with them whereas with LOOX, I got reviews that I believed to be lost within a few days. Hopefully it keeps working :)

I've used several review apps and Loox is by far the best. Finally found one I'll be sticking with for good!
