I'm writing this review. These guys now their trade. I don't write reviews, still.... here I'm. Would recommend to others.

A bit expensive but definitely the best review app in the Shopify App store! Would recommend it to everyone!

This app is super easy to configure, with many cool options. Results look great. Clients can send a picture if they want to or not, reviews look great on our website. Customer service is super helpful.

This app is just great! You can see that they really gave it a lot of thought when designing the UX of the review process. We switched from another reviewing app to LOOX , at first, because LOOX was cheaper, but on the first day of installation we knew we made a great choice. Due to the great UX our customers find it easy to upload images with their reviews, and we are now getting more reviews and photo reviews than ever. It's easy to customize, and there are a lot of great features. Will definitely recommend!

Great app, which has been basically set and forget for us. The only thing we do on a weekly basis is moderate the new reviews that have come in.
