I saw the app on another website and felt we had to have it on our site. The setup was super easy, and the FAQs allowed us to format the reviews just the way we like on our website. The features and upsell abilities are great, especially at this price. If you are looking for an integrated reviews app, this is it. Recently, I have integrated it in with our rewards program and it has worked great. UPDATE: Still an amazing service, recently a new marketing employee came on board who was used to other mail services and they even said Klaviyo is the best they have used. When you combine the service with all the helpful marketing material they give you. You will be a email marketing superstar.

I get more consumers to buy from our store because they see real customers buying from us and posting real reviews. I hope loox makes Facebook Page Reviews Tab available on the Advanced Plan. Would help us start ups a lot.

Excellent app! It's very easy to use and helps a lot to build trust. Nevertheless, I would like to have a little more options with the basic plan, like choosing the photo of the review, for example.

They helped me clarify what I needed and then got it to me with full explanation, images and links. So easy to work with!

This app has been amazing and HAS NOT insanely penalized me over my volume. I tried judge.me, Shopify reviews, and was going to try Yotpo until they tried to get $1000's of dollars a month for the same features this app offers. No, im not a paid solicitor. Just a Happy customer after a few months of use.
