Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Loox is hands-down the BEST reviews app there is! I've tried quite a few and the tools included with Loox are so valuable. And support is amazing too. Just had some brilliant support from Yale N not only did they assist with my question, they also made tailored suggestions to boost our review ratio better, with step by step how to implement. I’ve used Loox for years and will never switch to another reviews app. The new features including AI overviews have really boosted our site!

I've been using it a few weeks now, and so far it's been: 1. easy to install and get fully functioning pretty much right from the start 2. easy to implement the emails and receiving my first reviews from past orders. I like that when we're ready we can then scale up to a higher plan that'll include the Google feed to increase our google shopping ads visibility. I'd checked with other review sites, and they range from $100s to $1000s per month. There's no need to pay the price of a small car for your reviews, don't believe that junk in the least! This will get you there just as well, and not cost you an arm or leg to have it.

Loox is a lot better than the other review apps i have used in the past. Would highly recommend to use.

Great App. Easy to use. Reasonable cost. The format looks really good. I wish you could have reviews apply to a category rather than specific products. For example, if you have a black and green version of a product, you want the review to relate to both, not just one. But, I recommend trying it out.

I use this app to import reviews for my stores. It's the best app by far in its category and is very user friendly.

I absolutely love this app! All reviews on one page in one place. I have been wanting an app like that. I use to copy pasted all my 5-star reviews on one page, but it was so much work. This app is great and it adds all reviews to one page with this handy app! Kudos for such a great app! This app is wonderful

I had an issue with google with one of the script codes that needed to be removed from my site and Loox support team was very helpful at removing it as that was affecting my overall site on Google. My reviews display now properly and they are fast at fixing problems.

I do really like this app, it is easy to install and use, and the customer team reply very fast.........

Love the social proof the Loox app allows me to show on my website. I wanted a dedicated page for my reviews (I have just 1 product) and I got stuck on getting the 'write a review' button there. But the support team helped me in a fantastic way. Super quick, responsive, helpful and solved it for me! I can definitely recommend!

The absolute best review app if you are a visual-centric brand. Looks fantastic and image reviews provide such superior social proof to a plain text review. The Loox team are highly responsive and even went to the great lengths to add our font to their next update so the app perfectly fit in with our site aesthetic - amazing service! UPDATE June 2021 - we just started using their new referral addition - had some initial troubles but the dev team were super responsive and sorted everything out for us within a couple of days. Integrates so easily with our already established reviews and can't wait to see results. Thanks Loox team!

Just installed this, and love it already! Highly recommend! Have used many product reviews app, and this is amazing, and easy to use. Can import reviews from other apps, easy to set up. Love it!
