Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I have been using Loox for several years now. Over 4000 reviews later, we are very happy with the transparency and credibility this app provides for our business. The image/video integration is paramount for review proof. I highly recommend this app.

Ive been using Loox for more than 7 years. There's a reason I'm still using it. As we evolve they continue to raise the bar. I'm very happy with the service they have. My favorite is the automations. I can seamlessley setup review emails and add them to our collection which get displayed on our PDPs and website. Well done team!

Il a non seulement résolu mon problème rapidement, mais il a même pris l'initiative de le remonter en interne auprès de l'équipe produit pour le faire avancer. Réactif, attentionné et vraiment investi c'est rare de voir un tel niveau d'implication de la part d'un service client.
