Great customer service! We were setting up our Loox profile for the first time and I had 8 questions that George answered fully with accompanying articles that helped me grasp the concepts better. Also, they sent a transcript of the chat so I have a record to which I can come back anytime. I highly recommend Loox!
Overpriced - Judge me is way cheaper

Yarin, Doron and the Loox team are always really quick to respond to any query we send them. Before I know it any issues I have ever had or special requests are sorted out. Fantastic customer service!
I'm still getting the hang of the app but I will say the customer support has been excellent. George just helped me solve a problem in less than 2 minutes that I had spent more time than I'd like to admit trying to resolve on my own. Thank you George!

WARNING: Predatory and unethical pricing. They will charge you $0.13 per order, regardless of how many features you use. And there is NO limit to this, even though they call their plan "SCALE". Plus, they very obviously try to hide that they charge per order. Overall, do not use this app unless you want to be totally ripped off.

This is the worst support practice I've ever seen on Shopify. I can't get a proper answer to any of my questions. The support representative directs me to Tier 2, I wait a day for a response, and even Tier 2 doesn't help. It's nothing but nonsense. I only use this app because the reviews look nice; other apps don't look this good.
