Loox is one of the best review apps I’ve ever used! It’s very easy to install and operate, allowing me to effortlessly collect real customer feedback and beautifully display it on my store. Since using it, I’ve clearly noticed an improvement in my conversion rate. What impressed me the most is the customer support team, especially George, who was incredibly patient and helpful in solving my issues and offering practical suggestions. It feels like I’m not just using a tool, but working with a reliable partner.

Absolute Scam, it never really tell you that you have to pay 40$ every 300 orders you make. i pay over 300$ per month for this app without even knowing it

I was so excited to get Loox set up and then I came across a minor snag. I went to the website and submitted the form for support. Within minutes Ken responded and with a few back and forths through email, he fixed my problem in less than 30 minutes. It's late where I am and I thought it wouldn't be until tomorrow that it would be answered, but here we are! Ken was awesome to help me so fast so I can now leave work. The app is beautiful, the functionality of it is awesome. I am beyond thrilled with Loox. Thanks Ken!
