Super easy to use and customizable. Been using it for years. I had a question about the app and email their customer service and they wrote back almost immediately. Super impressed with their service, highly recommend!

What can I say? Loox did not disappoint! I initially chose Loox because I loved the features they offered and the overall aesthetic...it just looked right and fit my brand well. I was able to seamlessly add the app to my website and it was super easy to set up and customize. The built-in features like media uploads and discounts for customers who leave a review genuinely encourage engagement and repeat customers. However, what stood out the most, was their customer support. As a small business owner, that meant everything to me. They truly went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied, even offering extra support and perks and honoring their word - integrity. That kind of service is rare and honestly a blessing.
