We used another highly-rated app to collect product reviews from our store for 5 months. During that period we received very few reviews. We had some issues with the app not triggering follow-up emails. We notified the support team and never received a response or resolution, so we started looking for a new reviews app. We found Loox and after researching the app and reading the reviews, we decided to give loox a try. Since installing the app on our store, we've been receiving product reviews from our customers almost daily. We contacted support regarding a question on how to limit reviews on product pages to only 5 reviews and then expanding to more reviews view link. Loox support representative Aya was very quick to answer our questions with detailed directions on how to accomplish our goal. So far, Loox is much better than the other highly rated app we used. Looking forward to many more reviews. :-)

Great functionality, the user interface is a little difficult to understand though.

So easy to set up. A friend uses it at her workplace and says it's valuable. I also watched a YouTube clip from a store in my niche and she said it is worthy of having. 4 out of 5 stars because I installed it 5 minutes ago. If it converts sales, then it's a 5 out of 5.

The best looking review app I've used. It also doesn't slow my store down. I wish there was a public reviews page that would show up on Google when customers search for "brand + reviews", kind of like reviews.io and trustpilot have. The loox branding/logo under the widgets currently links to their Shopify app store page, which doesn't really build trust as much as it would if it linked to a dedicated public reviews page.

So far so good. On day two with the app and only took an hour to import reviews, and now time to play with the fun stuff. We are small and I don't quite understand the additional costs after the monthly costs.

Its a great app. Can be expensive if you have to do forex conversions to local currencies :)

Works exactly like it says it will! Would recommend for fast growing stores. Simple enough to setup and has enough customisation features. Two areas of improvements 1. No way to easily request reviews over Whatsapp 2. Lot of fraudelent cases slip through in the referral system where customers game it by giving the referral link to themselves
