New to Loox, but the customer service team so far has been good. Quick responses and willing to help solve any issues you may have.

I had a problem with my reviews not showing up on my product pages. Ellison from the support team fixed it super fast! The review widgets look great! highly recommend this app.

Stellar 5/5 support from Aya and Tal. Should be a bit easier to customize the language text strings for some of the stuff like unsubscribe links in e-mails and so fourth. Therefore 4/5 total.

Overall app is solid, no way to import reviews to a new product especially if your changing variants

Everything works great and total number of reviews are way up, except there are a few too many features that you can only access at more expensive subscriptions.

Works great for us. It has been easy to use. Uploading our old reviews was not seamless but all in all good product. We have recommended LOOX to others!

I installed Loox a few days back, I Didn't have to say much about the app yet (I will write about that later). I have contacted Loox support even before installing the app. Lilach was excellent with all the help and queries I had. Thanks.
