I had several questions about Loox, and I received an email from Izza just a few minutes later. He answered all my questions very quickly and supported his explanations with screenshots. Kim is very competent. I just gave him an overview of my problem and he managed to triangulate the issue and fix the code of my websites without putting our live websites at risk. I am not a coder, and I know how difficult it is to have a customer support that can modify a code for their clients for FREE. This skillset requires a huge payment if its someone else because it means hiring them to fix the problem. He deserves a raise.

Thank you Mary for helping me to fix my reviews. They were showing up on my product cards, but not showing up on my Product Listing Pages. Evidently my theme was in the way!
