Great app and Hannah was a brilliant help when I had to remove it! I no longer need it so this is my only reason for removing. Really great app and wonderful customer service! Highly recommend!

Very professional, quick, responsive staff. Asked a question my customer had and they responded within a short period of time and covered the question thoroughly. Laurence was very professional and efficient as well! Very pleased.

It's a really great app. My costumer really love to use it and it brings me a lot of reccurent sale. Also, I had a few adjustments to make and Duraan was a great help. Thank you so much Duraan and the LL team!

This is a great app that is easy to use and works perfectly with our store! We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a loyalty/rewards scheme app. The customer service team are amazing and always on hand to help with any queries. So far so good. The customer service was great and we managed to set up our own bespoke loyalty program. Once it has been integrated and in use for a few weeks I will update this review.

I think a loyalty programme is REALLY something important to reward your customers. I really like this app and the customer service is awesome. The suport is really great and responding time is always very fast!

We are using LL for more than a year across multiple shopify stores and the entire experience was top notch! From onboarding, to calls regarding setup, to different questions, to customer support these guys are really professional. I'm the Head of Marketing and I really recommend them!

I have no hesitation in recommending Loyalty Lion to other business owners, no matter their size. Since we started the program it's paid for itself 5x over in customer retention and customer experience. It was easy for us to step up, just takes a bit of planning to figure out the best rewards and tiers. After we implemented Loyalty Lion we've seen our competitors come out with similar programs -- that's how we know we're doing something right. Loyalty Lion is now one of the cornerstones of our business. Great support (shout out to Ellie, who helps us when we need it!) excellent UX and integrations. Couldn't be happier.

The LoyaltyLion integration is really coming together on our site with the help of the LoyaltyLion team. They are eager to answer our questions and assist in any way they can. I can't speak to the cost efficiencies for lower plans, but as far as advanced functionality vs others (we previously used Smile.io) Loyalty Lion blows them out of the water. We were able to do custom things we wanted that Smile couldn't, the onsite UX/UI is much better, extremely mobile optimized, the dashboard is much more useful, and overall functionality of building loyalty is more optimized and we definitely saw improvements when we switched. The LoyaltyLion team is very responsive and great to talk through ideas & optimizations as well, and they're continuously adding new features to the platform that improve the loyalty program landscape.
