I love the simplicity of this app. It is straight forward kept the setup a breeze. I was setup in less than 5 minutes with Loyalty Lion's directions, and I now have a reward program that customers can be excited about. I also like the placement of the dashboard elements, and the FAQ is very helpful. I recommend this reward program app over any others.

Best app tool ever to increase happy and returning customers. The service by Kerry Ford is 10 stars, very fast response and even give me few more days on my trial. The support team at Loyalty Lion is fantastic! Kerri and her team have gone over and above to implement all our requests, and it's much appreciated. The application itself is very good, and provides excellent customisation options in terms of styling, rewards, and redemption rules. Five stars.

Our team was overly cautious in our approach to implementing a loyalty rewards program, and our timidity was met with complete reassurance and clear explanations for all of our uncertainty. If you are on the fence as to whether Loyalty Lion is a good fit for your online shop, get off of it! This developer delivers on all of its promises and then some, plus they encourage feedback and may even implement your ideas if they make sense for other stores too! They make the rewards program clear and simple for online shoppers and for our team's backend administrators. We definitely recommend Loyalty Lion.

Integrating our website with Loyalty Lion was an absolute breeze; Charlie and his team were really on the ball with our needs and expectations. The concept itself is a perfect tool for us, rewarding our loyal fans and encouraging customer engagement.

So far we're really liking this app! It has been a huge positive for our long time customers. I gave it 4 stars for the fact that I wish there were more features such as: Rewards for product reviews and Rewards for social media likes/follows. All in all, I gave it 4 stars and this will be a staple in our ecommerce business model for years to come.

This app has been fantastic so far, you really need to grab it while it is being promised for $19.95 a month forever for shopify customers. Their customer service replies are superb and I am more than willing to wait anxiously for the facebook functionality and other features. There is a little question mark? at the bottom left of the app where you can contact support - it lets you vote on ideas to come - very clean and fun interface This page here http://feedback.loyaltylion.com/forums/217155-feature-requests also shows the requested features and their progress. I highly recommend these guys.

LoyaltyLion is a nice clean and simple rewards program. The set up was amazing, especially compared with SLoyalty which had taken me hours to figure out. It’s also very affordable, I can’t recommend it more!
