LoyaltyLion Loyalty Program

This is a fantastic app! We were really looking for a way to drive engagement with our customers and this is it. Not only do we get to award loyalty points for purchases, but points can be earned for a multitude of other activities. The dashboard is very straightforward and intuitive to use and the pop-up box that the customer sees is very slick and professional.

This app has been easy to set up and customize for my specific purposes. A great way for new small businesses to increase customer loyalty!

This app is easy to use and has great add on features at a low cost. I launched yesterday and already have people signed up!

Have been with this app for 2 years. Function wise, it is very good, very handy with a lot of power functions and very stale, did not see any issue so far. The only thing i have to complaint is the pricing. The small business bundle is 159, I dont believe it is affordable for most of the SME, though they do offer to purchase by module, but compare to other app, it still seems too high. Guess this app is to design with luxury for enterprise:)

I tried a few loyalty and refer-a-friend apps, but Loyalty Lion is by far the most well-built app I've seen. Clean dashboard and widgets, easy to set up with clear guides on what to do next. I'm sure I'm going to attract a few more sales because of it.

So far very impressed all round - look forward to seeing it develop.

I have 3 online stores and we did a lot of research to find the best loyalty program. Here are the reasons we are very happy with Loyalty Lion - Efficient and stable platform - Great support team - They are coming with new features all the time I highly recommend this app.

Super easy to setup and we are seeing engagement immediately. I also really like that LL is so scale-able. We are really looking forward to making the Loyalty program on www.ruggedmaterial.com a big part of our plans.

We used this app for about over a year, they have basic reward features with old technology and limited features. This is NOT the best reward program within the Shopify app store. Their tech is really lagging and its really old school and a bit basic. I also did not like support either, they try to tell you what to do. Not a good experience and I have switched to a much better program for our stores rewards that is more modern and has a better system.

Very easy to install/use. The walk-through is flawless! I believe LoyaltyLion is going to boost my sales significantly! Who doesn't love to earn points? Update: I have heard some great feedback from my customers. They really like that I can offer this to them. Thank you LL :)

Very easy to set up and use, pretty much takes care of itself once set up. The people behind it are very approachable too and have always replied quickly to me when I've had a query (thank you!)

so easy to install and the must for any ecomerce. If you want a chance as a start up you have to give rewards and referral. Rewards will get you loyalty from your customers and referrals. Thanks for this so accessible interface. With Shopify, everything is made easy!

We're very happy that we've combined the Shopify Review app with Loyalty Lion so as to award points for reviews. It's easy for us to publish the fantastic reviews we get and customers love getting extra points for sharing their experience. Happy people all round :)

I love the simplicity of this app. It is straight forward kept the setup a breeze. I was setup in less than 5 minutes with Loyalty Lion's directions, and I now have a reward program that customers can be excited about. I also like the placement of the dashboard elements, and the FAQ is very helpful. I recommend this reward program app over any others.

I'm loving the ease of an integrated points program!
