Der Anmeldeprozess ist ne Katastrophe. Gestern noch am Rechner zu Hause angemeldet, heute im Büro komme ich nicht rein. Neues Passwort generiert, no Chance. Ich frage mich, warum die App über eine externe Website läuft und nicht direkt in Shopify? Das nervt.

The app itself worked fine, but I was really disappointed with the cancellation process. After downgrading to the free plan on their website, I was still charged for another month — something I wasn’t expecting. It turns out I also needed to manually delete the app from our shop to fully stop the charges, which wasn’t clearly communicated. It was a frustrating experience, and I wish the process had been more straightforward.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the unexpected charge. We have initiated a full refund for the most recent charge, which is currently being processed by Shopify. Please be aware that Shopify manages the refund timeline, which can take up to 30 days. Great app that gives a detail breakdown. I love the heatmaps and sessions recording. The interface is easy to use and understand as well.

I very good experience. I check with replay and I correct mistakes and with heatmaps, I work to make loading fast.

Super application qui permet de suivre l'activité des clients sur notre site, et notamment de revoir leurs sessions pour savoir ce qu'il n'allait pas ! La période d'essai est assez longue pour évaluer toutes les possibilités que procurent cette app. Je recommande.

Great app, especially for businesses in beginning phases. Gives great insights into customer behaviours and about their navigation experiences on our stores.
