The Magenative support team has been good, at first it was somewhat complicated due to the time difference, but we managed to launch our Gocco app in Mexico and now we only have one problem to solve, however, the Magenative team has made it clear which problems they can help us solve and which ones it is up to Shopity to solve. It's been 3 months using magenative. Though I was having few issues initially but there team is responsive. I also want to tell people to choose plan carefully. But the app is easy to use and we are getting orders from it as well. Especially I love their support agent Alina she is such a nice and kind person. I wish the team Magenative a lot of success

We got a call from the developers to explain our needs, and we've kept in touch to work together. They are very reactive and make changes and updates that we don't have access to. Unbelievably pathetic experience, before becoming a paid member as I was on the trial version, the support I received was far beyond my expectations, I was amazed by the swiftness of their responses & overall dedication & thus decided to get on their most expensive plan, I noted out all the changes I required to their team beforehand & they promised that the app will go live within a few days and the changes will be implemented. Now today over 2 months have passed, I have paid the recurring amount of their enterprise plan multiple times & still my app is not functional! Yes after 2 months! I have been going at it with their support team over & over & over again but all I receive is false promises. I genuinely can't believe how these guys have a 4.9-star rating & I'm truly fed up now. My app organically has 100+ downloads (without any sort of marketing at our end, absolutely 0) & thus now I have been stuck in this situation where I can't just move onto another mobile app provider & neither am I able to move forward with the imaginative team here.

This is a great and amazing app! I have compared it with several other applications, which I think this is the best application. I appreciate the responsive 24/7 customer support via WhatsApp which I found very helpful.

I don't know exactly how to start. First of all, I want to thank the entire team that has been working on our app for months. We had a hell of a lot of requests for menus, options, and all the features an app can have, and these guys made it happen! professional service, exceptional support, respond on time and immediately assist and do everything necessary according to your requirements and needs. We searched and considered all kinds of options for a year and finally settled on them, for which I am very happy! If you want an app that is perfect, this is your choice.

Such a Great Experience with MageNative We recently changed our current app to MageNative .It was easy and smooth thanks to the great MageNative team !
