This app does not work, and very very slow app. I tried to list on amazon and Walmart it will not list. Will not link eather errors errors and errors.

HI we cannot get any help from shopify or codisto . codisto app was working when it own by amazon . you could help . now as shop owner i cannot even add new items to amazon.

This app needs a mandatory tutorial video before using. I downloaded this thinking it was an actual Shopify app, not Codisto. It ruined my Etsy storefront completely. When I enabled the products in the app it created new listings on Esty and cost me SO MUCH MONEY. I currently haven't been able to log into this app to make changes for TWO DAYS. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I recently tried out the Shopify app "Shopify Marketplace Connect" to facilitate the upload of my Shopify products to Amazon.in. Unfortunately, my experience with the app has been quite disappointing, primarily due to two key issues. I encountered significant challenges with the customer support provided by Shopify Marketplace Connect. Specifically, I needed GTIN approval as per the app's requirements. However, I already possessed brand and category approval under Toys & Games on Amazon. In this situation, Amazon offers a straightforward solution by allowing the creation of an ASIN through the "we don't have product id" option. This contrasts starkly with SMC's insistence on GTIN approval. As a user, I anticipated a more adaptable approach that aligns with Amazon's existing systems and approvals. The lack of flexibility in this regard greatly hindered my experience. Furthermore, the app exhibited issues related to image quality and capture. One of the app's intended purposes is to simplify the process of uploading Shopify products to Amazon.in. However, I found the app to be needlessly complex and difficult to use. I believe that its functionality should be more intuitive and user-friendly. Furthermore, I found it easier to utilize bulk upload via Excel to transfer products from Shopify to Amazon.in. This ease of use in the manual method contrasts sharply with the cumbersome nature of the app. Taking into consideration the poor customer support, limited flexibility, image quality concerns, and overall difficulty of use, I have decided to uninstall the "Shopify Marketplace Connect" app. For those seeking a seamless and efficient means of uploading their Shopify products to Amazon.in, this app proves to be time-consuming, inefficient, and, in my experience, a waste of money. I do not recommend its use, especially if your goal is to simplify the cross-platform product uploading process. Overall, my experience with "Shopify Marketplace Connect" has been far from satisfactory. I hope that future updates address these issues, making the app more user-centric and aligned with the needs and systems of online marketplaces like Amazon.in. Until then, I will be seeking alternative methods to achieve my product uploading goals.

Thank you for your feedback, Amazon provides no access via API for us to know that Brand registry/GTIN exemption has been granted for the categories/brands you have applied for. Without this requirement non qualified merchants would look for a way around potentially listing thousands of items against Amazon regulations. Our aim is to protect our merchants and their brands. After installing to address the removal walmart market place, the application took over my etsy store. After hours on support with shopify, marketplace was removed. Unfortunately, it has removed my ability to manage Etsy and all listings that have been in place for years. Even Etsy said they could not revert the changes. Save yourself time/money and just manage the platforms directly.

This app has stopped us from getting any sales on Amazon for 6 months. Its help center has had 6 months to resolve it and is still unresolved. Their help center keeps saying to reauthorize Amazon, which we have done (more than 20 times) and it still keeps advising the same issue. Our Amazon store is working perfectly. Nothing wrong there, only the app.

Been using this for a few weeks. This is an extremely frustrating app to use. Horrible interface. Everything is messed up. Maybe it is because I have 3 to 4 thousand SKUs but this app is a brick. Nothing transfers properly. Too many mistakes. Doesn't flow properly. So far pretty bad experience. Maybe needs a few months. But this is a terrible waste of time. Pricing is messed up on walmart site. Products supposed to go for 7.99$ are being sold in 10 packs for 7.99$ Should be 79.99$??? Extremely Frustrated. Coming back a few weeks later to edit my review. My Review stays the same, but maybe even worse. Keep getting orders through walmart, and the problem keeps compounding. Walmart is taking a SKU for a single item and putting it to a listing of 10 packs. Customer only paying for a single item. Nobody is able to help.

Rainier Salta has given the best service I could have possibly received. He was patient with the multitude of issues, help me understand the software and looked up the cases that my team had previously reported. He did he best to resolve his issues and helped me navigate the app and how difficult and complex it is. 5 stars for him. 10 stars if I could ****BUT*** This app is horrible and should never have been released in this condition. It's buggy and doesn't work. I have two tickets that have been escalated to the dev team and there is no ETA of a fix. The app is also unnecessarily complicated, has terrible UX design. It has made my job very difficult, has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with technology. I will be looking into switching. Please feel free to contact me, I would love to discuss this matter with whatever team rushed the release of something that was clearly not ready to be released as it doesn't work.

I have had the app in my shop and linked to Ebay for two days. My shop has been around for 2 years. As of today, my shop is blocked! I have not yet received a reply from support. I cannot recommend this app.

As a long time user of Codisto I was quite happy with it, and it would have been a 5-star app. Now, after becoming part of Shopify and rebranded Marketplace Connect, it went down to 1 star. Functions that we used and need in Codisto have disappeared. Why can I not work on variants in the bulk edit view? Why would I have to go through single edit mode to make changes, especially when I need to do them in bulk to many of our listings at a time? How is it not possible to at least match functionality? I was hopeful that over time, some of the kinks that Codisto had would get solved after becoming part of the Shopify family, but I could not imagine losing core functions as a result. Edit: Support was able to revert me back to Codisto (the original app), which is great and enables me to be able to work again. I was then asked to please delete my review, which I am willing to do as soon as the problems in the new app/design are gone. Until then, my rating stands that Shopify Marketplace is a sorry excuse in the state that it is now.

We initially had some teething troubles using Codisto but these were resolved over time and the app was working great for us, our listings on eBay were listed without issue. This morning I have tried to list on eBay and everything has changed for the worse, I now do not have a clear process to list my items on eBay, the functionality is substandard to that which was in Codisto. Filtering is a joke. Why move us over to a new tool and give us less functionality than we had. This is now going to take me orders of magnitude longer to list items. I contacted Shopify support and they have not been helpful at all, very disappointed in the whole experience.

BE AWARE! This app has caused my eBay account to be permanently suspended for breaching eBay policies! There were no issues at all until I used this app, at first i got a restriction 2 hours after using the app, got the account live again, waited 24 hours then used the app again to re-list the suspended items then 2 hours later I got my account permanently suspended. I am now in a fight with eBay to get the account back again. This has cost me a crazy amount of time and money. Hopefully someone will respond from the app, but there is something in the sync that is triggering eBay to automatically close seller account. NOTE my eBay account is newish but be very careful. > On the plus side it is very easy to use and lists items in seconds.

I had over 2000 sku live on Walmart using the Walmart app supplied by Walmart. I switched to this app and now I have lost over 1000 live sku listings and support takes 12 hours to ask me a question to follow up and then I answer the question and 12 hours later they ask a follow up question. This app has cost me my Walmart sales. Going to try a different app.

App is filled with bugs. Forexample, the field where you are suppose to set a fixed price does not work. Many errors when enabling listing on Ebay. Furthermore, the app cannot manage currencies and VAT properly.

The app does not work. The customer service is not really any better either. The response I got was that it was a browser and/or internet issue. When I pressed further I was told it needed to be escalated. Don't waste your time on this app. **Edited** I was finally able to get the app working after I selected to add additional market places. I thought I was in the clear - instead I was met with the most unfriendly and unusable interface I've ever encountered with an app. Honestly navigating and utilizing the listing feature was more painful than getting the app to initially work. For shopify listed as the developer on this app is disappointing and honestly - they should be embarrassed to publish something this dreadful!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP!!! READ BEFOR INSTALLING!!! we installed the app and since the very first second we had issues, with it, doesn't sync orders, wont match listings, even when listings on eBay and Shopify are identical. talked with support 7 DAYS STRAIGHT according to them our case was HIGH PRIORITY and never gave an answer didn't show up for scheduled follow ups. our company manages thousands of orders and listings, we lost so much money because of this people, this is what you get with shopify, expensive apps, zero results and the worst support. make yourself a favor and use any other thing besides this.

Nice idea but it simply doesn't work. Looks like Shopify have bought an app and haven't done any work on integration. Could be great but needs a complete redesign and massively simplifying.

I had high hopes for this app. Codisto's stand-alone amazon app wasn't working for me (the category popup window wouldn't work) so I tried this one instead. Amazon: Category and Product Type selection work, Item Type would only load the first few options. I've been working with support, but they won't acknowledge the problem, they just keep telling me to try different browsers (which I have) Walmart: I can setup the listing, and it says "Publishing" but never publishes. There are no logs to see if there are errors, so I don't know whats going on. I reached out to support, they told me they escalated the ticket. thats it. eBay: Can't select the product category. I haven't reached out to support on this one. I'm too fed up. After days of fighting with this app on 3 different sales channels, I haven't been able to list even one product. Support was worthless.
