Using PIMs across my career, it is nice to have a native app in Shopify that provides you with similar control of your products and how they display on top online Marketplaces. Easy setup, Marketplace syndication, and activation.
EDITED: After my review, Joy V. reached out to me and helped me increase the quantity limitations for eBay completely solving my problems. While I do think that they should disclose this clearly, since it messed up our inventory, I'm going to change my review from 2 stars to 4. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I guess I missed the memo that this app will limit eBay quantities to 100. Since we use a third party inventory management system, it changed ALL of our items to 100. Now I get to count out thousands of pieces to fix our inventory On the plus side, it is quick and easy to sync existing Shopify listings with eBay and the description looks great. I will likely be removing this app because of the inventory issue.
Requires some close attention, but really easy to use once you get the hang of it!
A really complicated app. But with the help of the service team, I was able to start my listings on eBay. The team behind it is always helpful and super nice.

The app has been flawless with our Amazon connection. Less so with Walmart, but I suspect that this is a WM issue rather than a Shopify one. Support has been very helpful as needed.
We use the app for Amazon and Ebay. The connections are fast, it can be mapped to meta data making it easier to input product attributes. The customer service has always been quick to help and my problems are always resolved quickly. There are occasional issues with photos not posting to Ebay correctly. This is solved with a simple email. The app is slow, taking a long time to open individual listings.
The user interface and communication of future changes to the app leaves a lot to be desired, but the support I received from Ian and the team were excellent.

Update vom 21.08.2025: Nach umfangreicher Unterstützung via Email-Support (Danke Dom!) funktioniert die App nun wie erwartet und erfüllt die angepriesenen Funktionen. Leider war die korrekte Kalkulation der Verkaufspreise erst möglich, nachdem Einstellungen vom Support angepasst wurden. Auch erschweren die Ladezeiten die Nutzung teils, besonders wenn man oft zwischen den verschiedenen Amazon Marketplaces hin und her wechseln muss. Für die Zukunft würde ich mir einen Rechnungs-Upload, sowie Integration von Stornierungen wünschen - dann müsste ich nie wieder in das Amazon Interface. --------------------- Ursprüngliches 2-Sterne Review: Ganz nett, aber viel zu komplex in der Einrichtung. Mit einem verbundenen Amazon.de Konto werden Produkte auch auf den Amazon-Seiten anderer europäischen Länder ausgespielt, aber Bestellungen von dort erfordern, dass man die jeweiligen anderen Amazon Domains zusätzlich verknüpft. Das ist in der Einrichtung leider nicht beschrieben und führte dazu, dass einige Bestellungen nicht importiert wurden, die wir dann auch nicht nachholen konnten. Der Support ist sehr bemüht, aber eckt teils auch an, und behauptete sogar, dass Produkte nur mit Verknpüfung des Amazon-Kontos des jeweiligen Landes verwaltet werden können, was nicht stimmt, der Anleitung widerspricht, und dem Problem, mit welchem wir konfrontiert wurden. Drei Chat-Sitzungen waren daher erforderlich, um die App grundlegend zum Laufen zu bekommen. Nun läuft die App, aber die Verwaltung der Produkte ist noch immer ein Rätsel, da wir die Listings von unserem Amazon.de Konto verwalten können, aber gleichzeitig auch von den Amazon-Konten der anderen Länder.
It's a great app,I'm using it for eBay. If they could fix the auto-listing feature and allow Shopify collections to link directly with eBay categories and business policies for each eBay marketplace within the auto-list settings, that would be fantastic. Currently, I have over 400 collections, and publishing new products to eBay is time-consuming because I have to manually assign each category across multiple marketplaces.
Seems to work but you will need to play around with it and likely contact support to get your first listing active. Four stars as the app itself some things are not intuitive but I would give the live chat support 5 stars for being so helpful.
Sometimes the app is a bit slow and the mobile view could be optimized but in the end of the day, the app works as it should with no complaints + the support is always super helpful. It saves so much time and efford!
We're using it to import our FBM orders and to keep FBM inventory up-to-date on Amazon, and it does a decent job of that. However, it's a little clunky and I've had mixed experiences with Support (some were very helpful, others provided completely the wrong information).
The app is very useful and has streamlined the process of uploading items to Walmart.com. The app does have some hiccups and new issues every now and then, mainly when Walmart.com has new listing updates and requirements. The support is very fast. Joy B was especially helpful. Joy B gets five stars! If you ever have issues and need support ask for Joy B.
