I've been using this app for nearly three days to integrate my POD items on Amazon, but I'm still encountering issues. Customer service has been friendly and tried to assist, but they don't seem to fully grasp the problem. The user dashboard is very complex and hard to navigate. I've already spent two days on this app, so I'm hesitant to uninstall it right away. I'll give it one more week to see if I can make it work, but if you're new like me, you might want to consider exploring other options for now.

Avis mitigé à ce stade car notre portefeuille produits comporte de nombreux kits (ou bundles ou lots composés de plusieurs références )que nous avons réussi à créer pour Amazon. Toutefois les commandes Amazon ne remontent pas pour les bundles et MarketPlace Connect n'a pas de solution à date. Sommes déçus !

I like this app for syncing inventory and pushing photos and descriptions over to eBay from Shopify but the listing process could be better. The app overwrites or removes any changes you make on eBay with every sync, including products that were listed before you installed the app. So be sure to make all edits within the app. After I synced my existing listings it removed all the details like category, color, material, department, etc. It would be nice if there was an option to choose what to update after the initial sync like quantity, price changes, etc. Also, DO NOT use the auto category feature. I've had products removed from eBay for being in the wrong categories. The app has listed clothing as books, adult products as crafts etc.

It's a good app that does its job well, but its limitations make it difficult to fully recommend it. - It mirrors your Shopify Store and won't allow any amendments, so you can't use imagery that is better for eBay, such as white background images. - The HTML structure doesn't work; I previously had individually set up product descriptions for eBay, but they don't work using this app, the code breaks. - You can't edit any product information on eBay as it will be overwritten by the Shopify Marketplace App. You can adjust policies on eBay. I wish this app kept some of the benefits that existed prior to Shopify Ownership. The lack of individual HTML product structure and the ability to choose what image is shown on eBay make this a ridged option. I want this feature because my store uses colour to distinguish each product. However, on Amazon and Google ads, this isn't advised, so I use a clean background; eBay is the same. This app doesn't allow this customisation. I would like a toggle option to be inputted to either have eBay overwrite the product images or description; other than that, it should just be product SKU identifiers and various other product listing details.

Theres too much going to a sku then when you back out you have to go all the way back to the home page and go back into the ap and connecting an individual sku is not always easy

I am updating my review after having been in touch with the support team. I was advised - "The categories you have set in Shopify is only for your Shopify store. That means you need to manually set the category on the app." This is time consuming when you have over 2,500 products and have to manually set the category for each one. Other than this issue the app works well and customer service (Jeffrey Avila specifically) is great at trying to help. Hopefully the category feature can be fixed somehow in the future.

Linked items all showing the wrong Base Price, so to work out the price you have to go into eBay and keep checking - easier just to update the eBay price via eBay, so what's the point??? Will Update once they fix. Why, does this App keep having issues... PLEASE Resolve ASAP

Great app to work with and the online Live Chat support is good too for basic help and set up...however if you require technical support escalation due to technical issues please be aware this could take weeks even months to sort out. I have raised 3 tickets over 3- 4 weeks and still awaiting a reply from them.

Terrible user experience, but customer support is always there to help you through issues and make up for the bad app design. If you wanna list a product on Amazon with variations like size or color, you'll likely be stuck on endless errors for hours. There is a lot of hidden information about fields the app doesn't tell you about. You are not really guided on what fields are required, what fields are hidden or visible between the single and bulk edit mode. It becomes really messy. At least with the Amazon spreadsheet, you can make visible just the required fields, so you never have to guess what you need to do next. The result is a lot of trial and error to try to figure what maybe is going wrong. Even tech support acknowledges this lack of clarity by saying it's a trial and error process. Now imagine having to do this for hundreds of products.

We've used Codisto for awhile and it could be better. The old eBay app used to allow us to choose locations by item. They didn't have a location option until we addressed it with them and was a serious teeth-pulling episode. Eventually they came up with the means to pick ONE location which we figured out a way to manage (despite the fact that some items come from one location and some from another). Now with Walmart Marketplace ending and this app being official (?), the Walmart portion does not have a place to choose locations where the product is coming from. So we sold items out of a location that doesn't have shipping facilities. Why can 2 of them have location option and not Walmart? If this cannot be updated immediately, we'll have to find another app (which I would rather have have to do).

Great customer support, but there are a ton of things that I asked that they could not provide an answer to. For example, if u have an error on one of your listings, it doesn't say which field isn't correct or what u need to fix exactly. Then on the Amazon side, a product with an error would show up as active on Amazon, so there are definitely some bugs, and customer service doesn't know the answer to most of the questions I asked. The new UI looks good tho :)

After having a few issues with the App, the support have been supportive in assisting getting these resolved and liaising with their development team and keeping me updated when each issue has been fixed. There a couple more improvements needed to the App which they are looking into. Will update agin when all issues have been resolved.
