Die App wird damit beworben, auch für die Intgration von etsy geeignet zu sein. Für Neukunden ist jedoch nicht einmal mehr eine Verbindung zu etsy möglich., da laut Support die Unterstützung von etsy schrittweise abgebaut wird. Absolut unbrauchbar.

We are so disappointed with this app, it really is unfit for purpose. Our prices were replicating from Shopify to Ebay in the thousands, the inventory amounts were incorrect and there were duplicate variations, even though the SKUs and sizes were the same. Dina had to individually sync each product back to Ebay to try to get it to show the correct price/inventory quantity. However, over the weekend, we sold a product on Ebay that isn't in stock in Shopify because all of our inventory quantities have reset themselves to 100 in Ebay. Marketplace Connect tell us that eBay has a policy that limits the maximum quantity shown on a listing to 99 or 100 units, even if our Shopify stock is higher. However our stock is LOWER than 100 and it is still showing as 100! After giving them several chances to resolve or explain these problems, we won't be continuing with this app. We were trialling the Ebay connection before we used it for Amazon, where we have many more orders. We don't have much confidence in it sadly, and knowing how difficult Amazon can be, we just can't risk it.

I have had nothing but issues with this app. Difficult to set up and use properly, and does not sync inventory or pricing. Right now, I have to do a manual recount of everything since it was so off.

Worst Expierience so far. App on phone is not useable. Plenty of errors while importing products to Stores. Hard to figure out what the problem is. Randomly killed my Etsy Store last week. Lost all my listings and Ranks on Etsy. Since 1 week they keep telling me they trying to figure out what happend and the team is working on it. Nothing happens. I did lost a lot of money to them and also had to pay 0,20$ for any new listing i had to do without them. Support takes days to answer and you get these no sense answer that they are aware of the problem and trying to help. If you dont wanna loose everything you build up, dont use this app. At least not for Etsy...

Use of this app is a nightmere. Sometimes it does not sync and does not give any eplanation about why that happen.

The most disfunctional experience with an app I have ever had. The Ai bot and I have been trying for two days to connect our shopify store to amazon. Nothing that is supposed to be visible on the app pages is actually there. It is the most non-intuitive app I have worked with. Lost of uneccessary information requested and nothing that we actually need is listed on the pages. It took us 20 minutes to connect using the Amazon Prime app for our US store. I am two days into this for our Europe store and still struggling.

Support won't help at all, import is delayed by hours. The only answer we get from support is we have to much orders which isnt the case or they tell us orders aren't technically importing late if they show up within 24 hours. Looking into alternatives

Terrible support. This is unacceptable for $400 a month. This happens every day, the variants will disappear for hours for one person on the team but not everyone. Then they reappear. They refuse to fix the issue and said to use a different app!

I believe Marketplace Connect is mainly suited for simple products. We operate in a niche market for pet supplements, and the app fails to map this category correctly to the Amazon API. Some fields in the app allow for free-form text, whereas the official Amazon API requires a dropdown menu with fixed variables. This causes a constant error from Amazon whenever you fill in those fields, making it impossible to link products and list them on the platform. The app/API integration is incomplete and subpar. Not worth more than 1 star.

be aware that this app can completly mess up your existing ebay store as it has with ours, we have lost images, store categories, sku's and our all our item specifics which has completly ruined our busy ebay store which is now making zero sales. What a mess, have asked for help but nothing they haveadvised has been able to sort this out. What a mess we are really upset about this as our ebay store has been running for 25 years now all our hard work is lost just because we used this app. Avoid !!!

Absolut komplex und voller Bugs. Kostenfrei ist lieb gemeint, aber nutzlos für Ebay bzw. viel zu zeitaufwendig und nicht prozesssicher. Sorry, DPL läuft deutlich besser.

I listed three items at the same time, all with a flat shipping rate clearly set in Marketplace Connect app. All three went live on eBay with no shipping charge applied. When one of the items sold, eBay collected $0 shipping, even though the app showed the correct rate in the listing settings. I contacted support I did everything support asked for: – Uploaded screenshots of the Shopify order – Uploaded screenshots of the eBay order – Uploaded screenshots of the Marketplace Connect shipping settings – Provided the SKU and order ID The evidence clearly showed the problem was not on my side. The app simply failed to pass the shipping cost to eBay. Instead of acknowledging this, the support rep dismissed the issue and even responded with “Whatt Code” when I said this needed to be escalated to their programming team. That kind of response is not only unhelpful but also unprofessional and it shows a lack of understanding of how serious this issue is. My problem involved a $10 item, but what happens when another seller lists a $100 or $1000 item and the app silently drops the shipping fee? This isn’t a minor inconvenience. It’s a systemic sync failure that can cost sellers real money. Nothing happens in a vacuum, and I’m not special, if it happened to me three times in a row, it’s happening to others who simply haven’t noticed yet. This is a coding issue, not a user error, and it should have been escalated immediately. I’m posting this review in hopes that someone higher up sees it and gets this in front of the engineering team to fix this app before sellers lose money.
