poor support and as you grow eventually it will start to mishandle and not pull things and improperly list as the amount of listings and data grows it gets worse and worse beware it will start well and then ruin your business entirely.

The app was full of bugs, all I needed was to connect already existing Shopify products to already existing Amazon listings. It was a nightmare. App would crash if I selected more than 20 products.. after going 10 products at the time some would show as active some as inactive yet none were passing along the inventory information. Shopify said they could not help even though it is a Shopify app, the developer blamed it all on Amazon and nobody was able to fix the issues. Products kept going from inactive to publishing to inactive... then some went to active, and thrn bact to inactive. And to top it off it sends orders info to TaxJar without identifying them as Amazon orders and without the tax information. I would give it zero stars but that is not an option. I went back to Sellbrite, I rather have separate inventories than to deal with so many bugs and slow support than won't actually do anything but blame Amazon.

Se sei un venditore professionale con inserzioni ebay on line da molto tempo, questa app è assolutamente da evitare. Problemi con il match dei prodotti su shopify. Stabilito che hai bisogno di copiare tutti i dati delle vecchie inserzioni da ebay si attiva un bug e quindi l'app importa un sacco di dati sbagliati, Prezzi dei prodotti con varianti, dettagli di prodotto, ecc. Un vero delirio senza soluzione. Dopo due settimane di segnalazioni nulla è risolto. Se utilizzi il prezzo fisso per le inserzioni rischi di trovarti con oltre 200 inserzioni salvate con i prezzi a 0. Se provi a salvare tutti i prezzi da capo, uno per uno perché l'app non ha un sistema di import, ti ritroverai di nuovo i prezzi a zero il giorno dopo. L'assistenza dice che l'errore è il nostro. Peccato che le istruzioni ce le abbiamo date loro e noi sicuramente non salviamo i prezzi con valore 0. Per concludere, dopo un mese dall'installazione ancora non siamo riusciti a mandare on line in modo regolare le nostre inserzioni su ebay perdendo un sacco di vendite ed avendo perso un tempo inestimabile.

App fails to sync stock correctly with eBay, due to this I've now missed out on THOUSANDS of pounds of revenue due to the customer service not being able to effectively assist in solving the issues we're facing.

Pro: - Support replies quickly Con: - Unable to help & unwilling to admit that they don't know - Unable to connect you to the correct channel of support from the start - May not respond to everything you asked but insisted that they did. - Expect a thumbs up for the chat review even though 0 problems have been solved. - Chat reviews are NOT anonymous looool = They don't want to hear you out. Just want to get a pat on the back with a thumbs up. ***Will harass you otherwise.*** Just this alone deserves negative stars. Never considered changing the hosting website until now.) Concerning if this is how the rest of Shopify operates. Waste of time (unless you enjoy chatting unproductively).

Signed up to integrate with Target+ after 2 months it still doesn't work. The team is polite but will not give insight into when they will get things working. This doesn't seem to be a priority for them. I don't even know why they offer this integration it it never worked in the first place, they are just wasting everyone's time. Shopify should not allow apps that are not tested and working on their marketplace.

Be careful!! This app is not written well and you can easily list everything from your shopify website. I accidently listed over 4000 items and eBay billed my £1500 in listing fees!!! Needs work and pages set up.

Shocking support, the app does not work and has bugs that prevents products being listed on Amazon. How they can charge you for something their app simply cannot deliver.

This app has, unfortunately, done nothing but completely mess up all my eBay listings repeatedly. I have SKUs set for every single variation, but it's still overwriting my listings somehow with outdated, incorrect information. I've had to cancel several orders because buyers purchased from these incorrect listings and I would have had to fulfill orders at a loss. I really can't recommend this to anyone.

TL;DR - I would give negative stars, if possible. Constant issues with ALL marketplace integration product syncing. Support tickets repeatedly closed without resolution, lack of communication. You're going to waste a lot of time explaining the same thing weeks on end, time better spent on other aspects of your business; look elsewhere for this service. I have tried all the available marketplace integrations via Marketplace Connect, excluding Target+ due to policy issues. Every single one of these marketplaces have not been able to function properly; SKUs will error out without warnings, images and other critical data will fail to update when changed within Shopify, the GUI is acceptable but not intuitive and differs from marketplace to marketplace rather than being consistent. Support will reply quickly, however, they will pass the buck to someone else just as fast. You will not receive additional contact info when a ticket is allegedly escalated. After showing proof an issue is on Marketplace Connect's end via their own logs, they will deny the facts and point fingers at the marketplace. Over the course of a month and a half, a ticket will be closed multiple times without notice. Support will reply with generic responses with no additional information or progress status updates and ultimately choose to stop replying altogether after supposed escalations. Highly disappointed with this app and wish it could accomplish what it says it does.

It's been one week since I have downloaded this app. I have not been able to get it to work the way it supposed to. I am looking to minimize time spent creating new listings on various marketplace platforms. I am trying to sync apparel listings from my Shopify to Amazon, Walmart, & eBay. After creating a listing on Shopify I have to optimize the listing on each marketplace individually; basically the same time I would spend creating the listing on the particular marketplace. The process to do so takes more time than creating each listing on each individual marketplace. The steps you need to take to create a new listing on Amazon is ridiculous; it's like creating the whole spreadsheet from scratch. Walmart doesn't connect properly; I can't get the shipping templates to sync. The customer service is ok but they are not really helpful with solving the issues. I am on the verge of deleting the app as it's been so much of time waisted.

Not secure. There is an integration issue with Walmart, and customer support requested we share private API key pairs and secrets in plaintext. Unimaginable.

Horrible experience. Absolutely the worst. I have tried disconnecting from Walmart, waiting 24 hours and reconnecting but have all kinds of issues with API keys, permissions, you name it. And I'm in the business. This app simply is so buggy that it takes way too much time to try to fix listings. And I only have 10 products. Someone really needs to look at the user journey - the user experience - for someone who has issues so they can figure it out. The app may work if you have everything perfectly set up, but if you don't or you can sync, can't publish, and everything with your products is fine on all the other feeds, then something is so very wrong with this app. Do better SHOPIFY. This is horrid.

Its a horrible tool when you want to manage inventory by youself. They don't offer an option to disconnect your product with their app, so you literally lost the product inventory edit permissions.

It closes my account automatically. When I reopen account it shows it's all good, but once I leave the page, my acc. got shut down again. When I reached out to support and explained. They answered by "acc. is closed". When I replied by explaining again, they just ignored me. BTW, my one product is "publishing" to Etsy for 2 days. And app is super slow. Not sure how they managed to receive so much good reviews.

App creates order for FBA but does not updates Shopify inventory. HORRIBLE APP
Thanks for your feedback, When a fulfilled by Amazon order (FBA) is created on Shopify, Amazon automatically adjusts the inventory of the product from their Fulfillment Center. Therefore, Marketplace Connect does not need to make any adjustments, as Amazon handles the inventory updates. Please reach out if you have any further concerns, Nikki

Extremely Disappointing Experience I'm beyond disappointed with this app, which cost me my 250 free ebay listings and more! The lack of support is staggering, especially compared to smaller apps with super fast support. With this app, you're left waiting for Shopify to respond, which feels like an eternity. Chloe should be fired. I've experienced major issues with this app, including duplicate entries being created every time a product sells on my eBay store, forcing me to manually delete them. The app also auto-relists items despite settings to prevent it, resulting in unnecessary eBay fees. To make matters worse, I've received zero support from the app, leading to a month's worth of profits lost to fees. I strongly advise against using this app unless you enjoy manually tracking inventory and dealing with duplicate entries. I'm migrating my store to a reputable third-party app with actual support and reliable functionality. I hope this review gets someone's attention, but I'm not holding my breath and it won't change my willingness to use this dumpster fire app! Rating: NEGATIVE 5! Stay away!!
