Never write reviews but this one is needed. Have gone back and forth with support regarding this App all of a sudden not uploading to Ebay properly. At first you could get Live Support and then it switched to submitting a request overnight. I've had no response in over a week. App is great when it works. Super disappointing for a Shopify App. I'm over the poor support across the board. Stop with the A.I. Support. We spend a lot of money with you and expect something in return besides the POS being down, bad apps and poor customer support.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The problem is not just the support; it's the app itself. I've spent weeks dealing with Marketplace Connect issues that continue to impact my business, sales channels, and ability to operate effectively. Even after extensive troubleshooting, product cleanup, variant cleanup, and countless hours of my own time, the issues remain unresolved. What's most frustrating is that the app appears to struggle with stale data, outdated mappings, synchronization issues, and lingering references to products or variants that no longer exist. In today's technology environment, I would expect a Shopify-supported marketplace integration to have better tools for clearing old data, refreshing mappings, rebuilding catalogs, and identifying synchronization conflicts. Other platforms and applications offer these capabilities, so it's difficult to understand why Marketplace Connect continues to struggle with them. Unfortunately, the support experience has made the situation even worse. Instead of receiving meaningful assistance, I've spent weeks being sent in circles, answering the same questions repeatedly, and receiving little to no actionable guidance. Only one support representative appeared knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping solve the problem. Everyone else seemed focused on repeating troubleshooting steps rather than driving the case toward a resolution. As a small business owner, this is not a minor inconvenience. I have lost valuable time, delayed marketing campaigns, delayed marketplace growth, and experienced a significant impact on my ability to generate sales. Every day these issues remain unresolved affects my business. What is especially disappointing is that Shopify actively promotes this app and associates it with its platform. As a merchant, I expect better reliability, better escalation procedures, better communication, and better technical support. Instead, I've been left managing the problem largely on my own. The app needs significant improvement. The support organization needs significant improvement. More importantly, merchants need real solutions, not endless loops of questions and unresolved tickets.

This app is good when it work but all of sudden it cannot connect eBay. Customer support looked at the issue 3 weeks but still cannot come up with a resolution. This is affecting the daily operation badly when something just doesn't work all of sudden and without a fast resolution. I am disappointed and 1 star is giving to the support team.

This app is useless. It is not syncing the product with ebay. It keep showing offer status inactive and does not push the items in ebay.

Be Really Careful when you are using Marketplace connect. i had accidentally imported all amazon orders(4000+) to my Shopify store. There was no way to delete or cancel import. Contacted Support but they told couldn't do anything. We were also billed £15000 for these imported order which were processed, fulfilled by Amazon which is absolutely ridiculous. Also contacted Shopify Support and was disappointed as they said the same thing. Finally Got this app which was able to delete orders and very Thankful to the developers of Bulk Delete Imports(https://apps.shopify.com/bulk-delete-orders)

horrible. hasn't worked in over 2 years. When I ask questions they answer with another question and don't read anything thoroughly. They have noone that will do it for you after months and months and weeks of banging my head against the wall. noone to even pay to do it. this program is HORRIBLE. !

Etsy does not show up as an option. Only amazon, Ebay and walmart

This app does not worked at all and shopify customer service was time waster, This app waste of my time better upload products on amazon manually.

I spent more than 10 hours try to listing the products, and then i got a bulk of errors, required field should be filled not included in the bulk listing...

We are experiencing a critical issue with Shopify Marketplace Connect where inventory synchronization between Shopify and eBay is not functioning reliably. Despite multiple support requests over an extended period, we have not received a resolution timeline or effective mitigation. This creates a significant risk of overselling and directly impacts our marketplace performance and seller account health. For a core infrastructure connector, we expect a higher level of reliability and transparent communication regarding critical production issues.

Terrible Customer Service - If you have an outage they don't fix it. Tried for 2 days couldnt list anything anywhere and there answer was our team is in Australia and they are sleeping.

Endless errors and syncing issues. Support just constantly tries to republish the listings to see if anything changes. I wouldn't trust using this app.

We reinstalled this app in April 2026 having previously used it in 2019. Upon reinstallation the app merged our new eBay account with our defunct 2019 legacy account and published our entire product catalogue of 1,000+ products to eBay without our authorisation, including brands we are not licensed to sell on eBay, putting our seller account at risk of suspension. We had to manually emergency-end all listings ourselves. Three weeks later, after dealing with multiple support agents who repeatedly suggested the same failed fixes, the legacy account data is still present in their system. We have also discovered that a former employee who left our business in 2020 still has active credentials stored within the app, representing a serious data security risk. We have now been forced to file a formal complaint with the ICO regarding the unlawful retention of personal data. The app itself may work well for new users, but if you have any history with it under a previous account or trading name, be warned that your old data is never deleted and can cause serious problems when you return. We would not recommend this app to any business until their data retention and account management processes are significantly improved.

Die App funktioniert leider wohl nur bei kleinen Sortimenten. Die Synchronisation der bestehenden Ebay-Listings konnte bei mir trotz Eskalation des Support Tickets an die Entwicklerabteilung nicht durchgeführt werden. Ich habe 18 Tage auf eine Lösung gewartet.
