Excellent Support and Efficient Service The team at Shopify Marketplace Connect is incredibly responsive and efficient. I've had nothing but great customer service experiences via the Connect feature. It's been a bit rough in terms of understanding how some formulas work, and how to accurate map certain facts from Shopify to other marketplaces but for the most part the integration works spotlessly.

I had an issue with pricing as I wanted different pricing on eBay to Shopify. The issue is that eBay would show the same price as Shopify. There are a few settings that need changing for this to work, but Mike was onto it straight away, and we were sorted.

Supports great ! App support direct for marketplace connect. Quick and responsive. And then when in doubt uninstall and reinstall app worked without borking my hundreds of linked listings somehow :)
