Shopify Marketplace Connect

Really good CS

Great app

It is highly intuitive and you have questions, you can rely on the staff to help you pretty much instantly.

Very useful free app to sync products from Shopify to Etsy, and grab orders from Etsy to Shopify. :) I like the way how support team helps newbie, really fast and professional. Well documented, also AI like Grok could help you with some tricky question if you don't want to bother support with base questions.

Un peu long pour la première connexion, mais les techniciens sont vraiment dévoués, et ont résolus tous mes problèmes :-)

Aron, went above and beyond in helping me. Great support!

Dom was super helpful and knowledgeable! He helped me with what I needed and explained the A/B options, so I could make an informed decision!

doing a great job of getting our products into ebay and always great support

Best experience I've had so far with customer support (Michael). They go to great lengths to help with my issues. I just started using the app, but so far it seems to be great. Just a small learning curve on how it works.
